三维晶粒界面的拓扑及几何规律研究

【Abstract in Chinese】 通过系列截面法,重建了477个三维纯铁晶粒,并测量了6093个晶粒界面的面积A,棱长L,棱数e和相邻界面平均棱数Me。根据测量结果 ,我们探究三维晶粒界面的棱数分布、面积分布和棱长分布。此外,实验结果显示纯铁三维晶粒的界面面积、棱长与其棱数之间分别存在二次函数和线性的定量关系。晶粒界面与其相邻界面之间存在明显的拓扑相关性,这种相关性可以归纳为:Me=<e>-1/+(<e>/2+μ2)/e。其中<e>为晶粒界面平均棱数,μ2为面数分布的方差。

【Abstract】 477 pure iron grains are reconstructed by serials section method,and the area A,triple line length L,number of edges e and average number of edges of adjacent faces Me of 6093 grain faces are measured.The distribution of area,triple line length and number of edges of grain faces in pure iron grains are studied with the experimental results.In addition,the results show that the relationships of quadratic function and linear function obviously exist between the area,triple line length and number of edges,respectively.There is a correlation between number of edges e and the average number of adjacent faces Me,and it can be reduced to:Me = < e >-1/2+(<e>/2+μ2)/e,< e > andμ2 stand for the mean value and the variance of number of edges per face.
